Marie-Carmen Wartski

Marie-Carmen graduated in Private Law studies and International Business law from Paris Assas and Dauphine Universities (1986 and 1987) and has a Master in Intellectual Properties Law from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University (1988). She entered Paris Attorneys law school in 1989, becoming an attorney registered with the Paris Law Bar in February 1990.

Before joining Netsize she worked during ten years in general business practice with several well known law firms in Paris and gained an in-depth knowledge of intellectual properties fields and business law fields including employment law.
She also practiced sport law when she participated in the 90's to the legal counsel of the French National Olympic Committee, the Paris-Dakar and Tour de France sports events.

Having actively participated to the creation of Netsize in 1998-99 Marie-Carmen joined the company as permanent in-house corporate legal counsel in January 2001 to support Group legal operational and corporate needs.
In April 2001, she took over the management of headquarters and group Human Resources to help develop Netsize task forces skills, the opening and follow up of Netsize subsidiaries in different countries, and more generally speaking the group human resources geographical coverage and growth of these past seven years.

Since April 2007 she has handed over the pure corporate law duties she had at Netsize to be more than ever fully concentrated on the core of Netsize Group Human Resources management and executive level strategy.
