1 - Service scope
The Netsize Guide is an annual publication edited by NETSIZE SA, 53 rue Raspail - 92594 Levallois Perret - France, French Company registration no 418 712 477 (RCS Paris), VAT N° FR 53418712477, duly represented by Stanislas Chesnais (hereafter Netsize).
When buying The Netsize Guide, You commit to respect the entirety of these terms and conditions, governed by European laws, and to accept them expressly and without any limitation. These terms and conditions are subject to be altered at any time by Netsize.
2 - Service access and price
The price is indicated all along the request process either in euros or in US dollars, all taxes included. The price may evolve at any time but The Netsize Guide will be invoiced at the price indicated when the order is done. Delivery costs are included, however any other fees to access the service (cost for the internet connection) are due by You.
Your order for shipment to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees (in terms of payment and of declarations). Netsize advises You to take information to your local authorities.
The whole payment process is handled by Paypal under its own terms and conditions.
Provided the nature of the Netsize Guide product (periodical publication) and in accordance with the European laws and regulations governing consumerism rights, You acknowledge and accept to renounce to any right of recision of the service acquisition.
3 - Delivery
Delivery period: The Netsize Guide will be delivered to the address indicated during the order process. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address. The estimated time for dealing with the sending is 5 days, adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address.
Availability: our offer is available within the limit of the number of guides in our stock. In the case the Netsize Guide would not be available anymore after you passed an order, the order will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed.
Conformity and return: if the Netsize Guide you receive is damaged, You may decide either to ask for a full refund or for the replacement of it. In this case, Netsize will pay the sending costs. Any query shall be made within 15 days of delivery otherwise they won’t be accepted.
4 - Service private usage
You commit not to use the Netsize Guide or a part of it for commercial purposes.
You are solely liable towards Netsize and any third parties, for any inappropriate use of the Netsize Guide.
5 - Personal data
Any personal data collected by Netsize while running the offer are necessary to process your order and for our commercial relationship, and may be transferred to partners working with Netsize in achieving this purpose.

6 – Intellectual Property rights
The Netsize Guide is protected by european and international laws regarding intellectual properties. Any kind of reproduction and/or representation, total or partial, of it on any type of media, without Netsize prior written approval is forbidden. Trespassing intellectual properties obligations may lead to civil and criminal liability on counterfeiting grounds for the author(s).
